Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT certification and experience working with CT imaging for a full-time assignment. Responsibilities

Work in a clinic CT department specializing in body imaging

Variable shifts available, including 8-hour and 10-hour day shifts, with hours ranging from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Some positions require Alpha equipment experience; please verify shift requirements

5 shifts per week, with variable days off

Occasional requirement to respond to on-call pager for days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays

Uses Epic for charting; Epic experience preferred

Produce high-quality diagnostic CT images according to department standards

Practice all required patient and personnel safety protocols

Flexibility to staff various work locations, shifts, and shift lengths as required

COVID vaccination and booster required for assignment eligibility

Travelers may stay on assignment up to one year from initial start, with a mandatory 30-60 day break before returning

Initial background and drug screening required prior to start

Assignment requires reporting to lab for testing within 24 hours of job offer acceptance Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' CT experience or completion of 3 travel assignments in the specialty

Associate's degree from an accredited radiography program required

ARRT certified in Radiography, or registry eligible with certification obtained before start

Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross or ability to obtain within 90 days

Active state license required if applicable; no pending licenses accepted

Organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
