As a Senior Clinical Documentation Analyst you will: Analyze clinical workflows across a myriad of clinical settings to shape AI-generated medical notes (e.g., SOAP, Progress Notes) and give insights to our new pipelines of automated workflows within the EHR.

You will Collaborate with Applied Science, Engineering, and Product Management to refine model requirements, design evaluation rubrics, and help align with prioritization as drive forward towards revamping the clinical workflow experience in the EHR.

Utilize proficiency in EMR platforms (e.g., Cerner) to identify user pain points and deliver actionable insights.

**Responsibilities** Responsibilities: + Evaluate AI-generated medical notes (e.g., SOAP, Progress Notes) from ER, outpatient, and hospital workflows to enhance accuracy and usability of our current models.

+ Perform in-depth analysis of new AI agent outputs, using statistical methods to drive quality enhancements in automated documentation across diverse healthcare settings.

+ Collaborate with Applied Science and Engineering teams to refine model prompts, ensuring clinical precision in automated documentation.

+ Design and implement assessment frameworks to validate AI output quality, driving continuous improvement in healthcare solutions.

+ Analyze mappings between clinical data standards and EMR systems (e.g., Cerner), supporting interoperability and AI-driven insights.

**Qualifications and Experience** + Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical workflows, and documentation standards (e.g., SOAP, Progress Notes) from ER, outpatient, or hospital settings.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience conveying complex clinical insights to diverse teams.

+ 3+ years of experience as a medical scribe, clinical documentation, medical billing or auditing, with a focus on analyzing and optimizing healthcare data.

+ Hands-on experience with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) + Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., SNOMED CT, ICD) and a keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance clinical documentation processes.

**Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, computer science, or equivalent experience; advanced degrees or partial medical training a plus.

+ Familiarity of Healthcare coding systems (SnomedCT, ICD 9/10/11) and Health care compliance standards (e.g.

HIPAA). + Background in a clinical documentation role (medical scribe, clinical documentation specialist, lead/trainer, medical office manager/lead, etc...) Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
