PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Dura-Line is hiring a Downstream Operator (Production Worker) for our manufacturing plant in Mountain Grove, Missouri!

Hours: 12 Hour Day Shift: 8:00am-8:00pm or Night Shift: 8:00pm-8:00am

Schedule: One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours

Total of 84 hours for a pay period

Every Other Weekend Off

Work 15 days a month

WORK MON/TUE, OFF WED/THUR, WORK FRI/SAT/SUN

OFF MON/TUE, WORK WED/THUR, OFF FRI/SAT/SUN, Then REPEAT.

Pay: Starting Pay for this entry level position is $ 15.00/hour (+$2.00/hr shift differential for Nights)

Paid Bi Weekly ( 84 hours )

RETENTION BONUS OFFERED!: $500 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days totaling $1,500.00

What will you be doing?

Places the correct reel onto reeler and prepare for start-up.

Operates reeler (Manual and auto mode).

Monitors print and footage markings. Makes corrections as needed

Monitors for continuous stripe (if required).

Knows and understands quality requirements for all product being produced.

Makes checks that may be required to assure that the product and packaging meets requirements.

Cuts conduit, ties off, and caps conduit when each reel, and cable if applicable, is complete.

Grinds line scrap as it is produced and stacks scrap.

Assists other operators in line start-ups and reel changes.

Follows all safety requirements for the position and all company safety guidelines.

What will help you be successful in this role?

Must be able to work 12-hour shift around hot machinery

This job is physical, so you must be able to lift objects overhead, bend under and/ or step over objects, climb ladders and work at various heights, and lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable assistance.

Able to read, write and have basic math and measurement skills, great attention to details

Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently, Bi-Lingual is a Plus!

"The compensation for this position is typically $15/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to jobrelated knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
