Qualifications Required

BLS

Certification: CA Phlebotomy license.

Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience.

Other Compliance:

Must meet VA credentialing/privileging requirements.

Proof of immunizations, TB testing, flu shot, OSHA compliance, and infection control training.

U.S. citizenship or legal compliance with immigration laws.

Must pass background/security checks and not be on OIG exclusion lists.
