Your Mission

We are seeking a diligent and client-focused Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Education (L&E) team. You will play a key role in supporting a variety of learning projects and programmes.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Coordinating all aspects of learning programmes including exam invigilation and sales efforts

Maintaining accurate training records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies

Liasing with trainers, subject matter experts, and clients/students to align programme content and logistics

Addressing learner requests and queries including preparation of learning reports and analytics dashboards

Supporting the smooth delivery of in-person learning sessions at PwC’s Hub as necessary

Overseeing day-to-day training session logistics including sending invites, organizing training materials, monitoring attendance, setting up training rooms, liaising with participants and trainers, and collecting and analyzing feedback

Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders in the learning ecosystem

Acting as a point of contact between trainers, attendees, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless programme execution.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings the following skills, experience, and qualities to our team:

1 to 2 years experience in an office and client facing environment is deemed ideal for the role

Post-secondary level of education or diploma is required

Experience with Learning Management Systems (in particular Moodle) is an asset, although not essential

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Workspace tools

Strong organisational skills and ability to build with students and clients

Being capable to conduct basic research efficiently

Able to work independently and as part of a team, delivering within tight deadlines and

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
