Overview

The General Manager (GM) at Boston Pizza oversees daily operations to ensure a great Guest experience while achieving goals and budget expectations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, leadership experience, and strong organizational ability to support a dynamic team. The GM is passionate about developing and motivating team members and recognizing star performers. In addition to enhancing the Guest and team member experience, the GM develops and implements marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs to attract Guests. The GM ensures an excellent Boston Pizza experience for Guests and team members from start to finish and champions a fun, safe work environment and thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee Front of House and Heart of House operations and ensure these areas work together as one.

Lead by example and work alongside team members.

Achieve goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management.

Build relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members.

Champion the ‘‘Foundations of Hospitality’’, the Heart of Hospitality, Boston Pizza's Brand Standards, and Food Safety.

Communicate effectively, share goals and challenges, and continuously coach the team on progress.

Maintain composure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pursue professional development opportunities and seek new learning and skill-building moments.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills and proven leadership experience.
