Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bancassurance Manager to lead and drive the performance of both life and non-life insurance products distributed through bank partners. This role involves building strong relationships with partner banks, developing sales strategies, training staff, and ensuring compliance while working closely with internal teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bancassurance operations for life and non-life products.
Build and maintain relationships with partner banks.
Lead sales campaigns, training programmes, and performance reviews.
Monitor results, analyze data, and report on performance.
Identify new product and process improvement opportunities.
Act as main liaison between the insurer and bank partners.
Develop commercial strategies focused on customer needs and growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong insurance background with knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
Proven experience in bancassurance or financial services (5+ years).
Commercial strategy and sales development expertise.
Leadership and people management skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
