Secured Intelligence is partnering with a leading European SaaS and digital platform provider to recruit a Product Owner with deep expertise in accounting and financial software.

As the company expands its platform capabilities, we’re seeking a Product Owner to lead the development of a brand-new suite of Accounting and Financial Management services – a critical addition to an already mature and evolving product portfolio.

If you’ve helped shape, scale, or deliver accounting software within complex SaaS environments — think SAP Financials, Oracle Financials, SAGE, Workday, Netsuite, or similar — this is your opportunity to own a greenfield product initiative with enterprise-wide impact.

Your Mission

Define the vision, scope, and roadmap for the new Accounting and Financial Management product line

Own and manage the product backlog, from discovery through delivery and iteration

Collaborate with engineering, UX, and QA teams to translate financial requirements into scalable SaaS features

Liaise with external customers and internal stakeholders to capture financial domain needs and use cases

Drive development of features such as general ledger, financial reporting, cost centres, billing and invoicing, compliance modules, and more

Champion best practices in agile product development, sprint planning, and MVP delivery

Your Background

3–5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager within accounting, ERP, or financial SaaS solutions

Proven success delivering B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms within financial or professional services

Deep understanding of core accounting principles and modern financial operations (GL, AR/AP, reporting, compliance)

Hands-on experience working with or integrating platforms like SAP Financials, Oracle ERP, SAGE, Workday, or similar

Skilled in agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA), MVP scoping, and cross-functional collaboration

Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering abilities

Fluent in English (German is a plus)
