Job Description
Seeking an experienced Banker with at least 2 years in banking and hands-on account-opening experience. We’re looking for a solutions-focused professional who is passionate about helping clients reach their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
• Open and manage consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trusts, and Estate accounts
• Deliver personalized financial solutions through active listening and thoughtful product recommendations
• Step in to support teller transactions as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Contribute to branch growth by identifying opportunities for new business
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and all banking regulations, including BSA
Skills:
• 2+ years of banking experience, including account-opening expertise
• Strong background in teller operations and customer service
• Ability to meet client needs through consultative sales
• Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and core banking systems
