Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Columbus, OH, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to support student communication development throughout the school year on a contract basis. This opportunity allows you to work within a dynamic educational setting, helping students improve their speech and language skills to enhance academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
Monitor and document student growth, adjusting therapy plans accordingly.
Provide consultation and training to staff and families as needed.
Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience working with children and adolescents across K-12 grade levels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with educational setting policies and procedures is preferred.
