Description:

The Production & Warehouse Associate is responsible for both production and warehouse activities. Approximately 70% of the role focuses on production tasks such as weighing, mixing, packaging, and maintaining equipment. The remaining 30% involves warehouse functions including receiving ingredients, staging outbound orders, inventory rotation, and loading/unloading shipments. Warehouse duties are an integrated part of this position, ensuring efficient movement of materials and finished products within the facility.

Workdays/Hours: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday) 6am to 2pm (Includes (2) 20-minute paid breaks)

Pay increase potential in the 1st year (totaling $1.00/hour) during quarterly reviews on performance, accuracy, punctuation and good attendance ($0.25 per quarter)

Possibility of monthly production bonuses.

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Ability to lift, carry, drag, pull, and palletize up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.

Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb steps/ladders, kneel, crouch, and balance.

Forklift operation experience (or ability to be trained/certified).

Strong attention to detail with ability to follow established procedures.

Proficient in reading, writing, and documenting in English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with flexibility and cooperation.
