Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and a willingness to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

Train, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals.

Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve production or quality issues.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and drive results.
