Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring optimal workflow and timely completion of service and repair tasks

• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative environment

• Monitor and uphold high-quality standards in service delivery, in line with manufacturer guidelines and best practices

• Provide technical expertise to assist with troubleshooting and complex repairs

• Ensure every customer receives exceptional service

• Guarantee all vehicles are serviced and repaired according to customer instructions and manufacturer requirements

About You

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role

• Strong technical background with expertise in automotive systems and diagnostics

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team

• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
