Ansell is looking for a Sr Manager, Quality Assurance to join our team in Sri Lanka!

In this position you will play a vital role in improving the company's eQMS, leads workflow development, oversees data-driven quality initiatives, develops metrics, and drives system improvements, simplifying complex data for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).

What your role will be?

Lead optimization, validation, and lifecycle management of eQMS.

Design and implement new workflows aligned with business and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user adoption.

Develop and implement quality metrics and KPIs.

Ensure quality data is structured and visualized for transparency and decision-making.

Translate complex data into clear outputs for all audiences.

Identify opportunities to improve digital quality processes.

Ensure systems and data comply with regulatory requirements.

Support internal and external audits.

Provide leadership and performance management to QA Data Manager.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align initiatives.

Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What will you bring to Ansell?

5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance or any regulated industry or Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Strong focus on eQMS and quality data management.

Proficient in eQMS platforms (e.g., OneLink, TrackWise).

Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Experienced in designing system workflows and implementing quality data tracking.

Knowledgeable in regulatory and data integrity requirements.
