Ansell is looking for a Specialist, Quality Assurance to join our team in Sri Lanka!

What your role will be?

Develop, maintain, and deliver GMP and Quality Systems training

Manage training records, curricula, and ensure compliance

Create and distribute internal quality communications

Coordinate periodic GMP refresher courses

Partner with functional leaders to identify training needs

Support internal and external audits

Drive engagement in quality initiatives

What will you bring to Ansell?

Associate degree in Science or related field

3+ years experience in Quality Assurance, Training, or Compliance

Experience developing and delivering training programs

Experience with eQMS or LMS platforms

Proficient in spoken and written English

Strong knowledge of GMP regulations
