Schneider Innovations is a fast-growing company in the medical consumables and personal safety sector. We operate across the U.S. and internationally, with teams based in the U.S., China, Philipines, and Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).
Handle HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and personnel records.
Assist in basic employee relations, especially for warehouse staff, and document relevant issues.
Coordinate payroll and benefits data with finance and external providers.
Maintain compliance awareness of labor regulations and company policies, escalating risks when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, postgraudate degree a strong plus; major in Human Resources or related field.
0–2 years of HR or related experience (internship experience accepted).
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR/recruiting tools is a plus.
Excellent command of AI or AI-enabled toolkits to improve work efficiency.
Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability.
Highly motivated, proactive, and responsible.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written & verbal).
