Join us as an Intern in PreBoarding Team!

In your role as an intern in PreBoarding you will be exposed to the area of employee onboarding. This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in HR administration including documents preparation, background checks, as well as HR systems maintenance.

This role requires strong interaction with BBH employees, HR teams and external candidates in European and US locations. As an intern you will provide regular support to more senior colleagues within the HR organization and will be able to handle some HR processes independently.

Desired Qualifications:

Creativity and excellent analytical and communication skills

A person with passion for teamwork and success

Good at project management

Availability 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, between 8:00-18:00)

PC proficiency, specifically in MS Excel

Passion for HR/Admin

Strong attention to details

Nice to have: some internship experience in sales and/or recruitment would be beneficial
