Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for luxury service standards? We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join a prestigious luxury transport company in Dubai. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who excels in managing human resources and administrative operations, with in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations : Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Compliance & Labor Law : Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies, staying up-to-date on legal requirements and adapting policies as needed.

Administrative Leadership : Manage office operations, handle contracts, and maintain vendor relationships for smooth administrative functions.

Employee Relations : Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies and supporting a positive work environment.

HR Strategy : Support senior management in creating and implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the luxury service sector.

Requirements:

UAE-based : Candidates must be currently residing in Dubai.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Additional HR certifications are a plus.

Experience : Minimum 5 years in HR & Admin management, ideally within the luxury service or hospitality sector.

Labor Law Expertise : In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and proven experience managing legal compliance.

Strong Communication Skills : Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
