Operations Intern- Line Maintenance Team

Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.

What are your contributions to the team?

Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties including but not limited to auditing Work Packs, organize parts return, support with technical documentation

Assist the Team for any coordination requirements

Working with internal departments to ensure data is gathered as required

Helping to disseminate necessary information to the relevant departments

Marginal liaison with Vendors

Support UMT with maintaining up-to-date records on operational documents

How to thrive in this role?

Some experience in Aircraft Maintenance environment (preferred)

Some experience in technical data entry within Aviation Maintenance environment

Understanding of Aircraft Maintenance and Technical Records (preferred)

IT literacy in Word, Excel and SAP (preferred)

Familiar with CAA/EASA Part 145 regulation (preferred)

Methodical and Organizational attitude

Basic knowledge of SAP or any other ERP (enterprise resource software)

Continuous improvement mindset

Attention to details attitude
