What You'll Be Doing

Serving as a strategic advisor to department heads and senior leadership

Managing all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and fixed asset accounting

Leading a team, providing mentorship, support, and process improvements

Collaborating with outside auditors, banks, insurance companies, and credit card providers

Developing and implementing accounting systems and controls to improve efficiency

Participating in financial reviews and recommending improvements to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness

About You

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of experience managing accounting functions

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and fixed asset accounting

Adaptable and proactive in improving processes and systems

Proven leadership abilities
