Special Education Coordinator

Job Summary: LASEC is looking for a special education coordinator (12 week maternity leave) to oversee special education service at schools in Lockport and/or Crest Hill. The position is responsible for supervision of educational programming, IEP meetings, working with the special education staff and coordination of all other aspects of the special education program.

Qualifications: Must have Current IL Type 75 certificate Experience with early intervention, assessment and language preferred.

Working Conditions: Working in a general education building for Early Childhood through intermediate school.
