We’re looking for a passionate and proactive People Coordinator to join our team. In this operational role, you’ll be the driving force behind consistent people practices across our Supply Chain network. From onboarding and engagement to supporting site management teams, you’ll help ensure our colleagues have the best experience throughout their journey with Currys. Role overview:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

Partnering with Supply Chain sites to support people activity and build strong relationships

Overseeing onboarding and probation processes to ensure a consistent colleague experience

Championing colleague engagement and recognition across the network

Coordinating site events, charity activity, and maintaining up-to-date communications

Supporting managers with starters, leavers, ER cases, and cyclical people activity

Ensuring accurate pay through overtime and absence audits

Maintaining Success Factors and encouraging digitisation of colleague files

Coordinating training, travel, uniform, and tools for colleagues

Collating and reporting on people-related data for sites and divisions

You will need:

HR knowledge/experience is a bonus but not essential

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Self-driven, proactive, and confident with great communication skills

Passion for supporting colleagues and driving positive change

Minimum one year’s experience in an administrative role

Excellent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills (Word, Excel)

GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
