Shift: Nights, 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)

Job Details:

Unit: Surgical, Trauma & Burn ICU (STICU/Burn ICU)

Beds: 38 Average Census: ~28

Ratios: 1:2 (Days/Nights/Weekends)

Schedule: Every other weekend required

Floating: Within OSU system

Charting: Epic Meds: Pyxis

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years ICU experience

Trauma Level I or Burn ICU preferred

Strong skills in ventilator management, CRRT, invasive monitoring, and post-surgical/trauma care

Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS

Unit Highlights:

Level I Trauma & Burn Center (serving tri-state area)

Diverse patient population: trauma, burn, transplant, ENT, ortho, plastics, colorectal, and overflow neuro/medical ICU

Advanced procedures: CRRT, bedside trachs, PEGs, bronchoscopies, and large surgical dressings
