Position Overview:
Complaint Handlers are responsible for managing and investigating product defect complaints, acting as the main point of contact. They work closely with Medical Safety and R&D to assess adverse events and ensure all complaints are processed in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements. They monitor complaint trends, support improvements in manufacturing and customer training, and maintain standardized investigation processes. They also evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions related to complaints and adverse events.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting BUIC to assure compliance with internal and external requirements according to standards, customers and authorities.
Supporting the BUIC Quality Management System, by developing, maintaining and improving procedures and instructions for complaint handling.
Support Post Market Surveillance as needed in site CAPA determinations and complaint trend reviews.
Ensure timely handling of NC's, CAPA’s, CCR, CR, CSCR, audit findings, customer complaints, MIR and HHE’s by handling customer complaints.
Responsibility to ensure adequate communication/information within QE team regarding own projects, task, assignments etc.
Responsibility to ensure adequate communication/information between departments in support of complaint investigations and product information.
Additional responsibilities might be added based on training
Skills & Experience:
A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, pharmacy or equivalent experience
Experience within Risk management, Quality compliance and medical device production
Experience within medical device and /or pharma industry
Ability to have a structured approach to tasks and challenges
Strong interpersonal skills.
Languages:
Speaking: English
Writing/Reading: English (Danish prefered)
