Salesforce Admin Certification Required

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing system changes and optimizing the usability of our Salesforce platform. Your role will involve daily administration, user support, and system configuration to enhance the user experience and ensure seamless operation.

Responsibilities

Create and manage changes to the system.

Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability.

Daily administration and support of Salesforce, including managing multiple user setups, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.

Manage system changes without interruption to the user.

Grant/remove and maintain user licenses.

Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system.

Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.

Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience.

Document company processes and workflows.

Develop process documentation and field maps.

Create new processes and associated reporting.

Import data as appropriate.

Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with Salesforce.

Monitor and improve data quality.

Create and maintain dashboards.

Create and maintain reports, including folder maintenance.

Required Skills

4 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator

2 years of experience with Copado administration

Experience with data backup and recovery and seeding

Understanding of Change and Configuration Management concepts and procedures

Experience with Apex code

Experience with Salesforce utilities like Workbench and Dataloader

Salesforce Administrator certification required

Desired Skills

Experience with back-end system integration and exception log management.

Familiarity with creating and maintaining Salesforce dashboards and reports.

Proactive approach to mentoring and assisting users/groups.

Continuous improvement mindset to enhance the end-user experience. #PSI2
