Position Summary

The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial functions including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance. This role blends strategic planning with operational execution, supporting growth while upholding the values of a family-run enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, banking, and reporting

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage cash flow, capital investments, and financing needs

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls

• Provide financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with ownership on planning, risk management, and strategic decisions

• Support and develop finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally in a privately held or family-owned business

• Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance

• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
