What’s a typical day as a Contract Portfolio Coordinator?
You’ll be:
Managing the operational details of a portfolio of transformation projects, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation Portfolio
Maintaining detailed financial tracking, updating forecasts and actuals, and reconciling monthly financials
Developing and maintaining portfolio-level schedules and tracking dependencies, milestones, and conducting variance analysis
Generating monthly portfolio status reports and analyzing risks, delays, and dependencies for escalation
Supporting adherence to capital allocation frameworks and providing input into investment memo financials
Co-developing and maintaining value delivery frameworks in alignment with process standards
Coordinating with Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, and vendors on document filing and invoice processing
Maintaining trackers for resource requirements, onboarding/offboarding, and portfolio-level RAID items
Building and maintaining SharePoint sites, Content Server workspaces, and Teams channels
Preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and supporting team communications and events
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Are legally authorized to work in Canada
Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in project coordination and/or project management
Bring experience or familiarity with capital allocation frameworks, project governance, and value delivery frameworks
Possess strong skills in financial tracking, schedule monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration
Have oil and gas industry experience (asset, not required)
Are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Value transferrable skills and can demonstrate an equivalent combination of experience and education
