Our client is a rapidly expanding and highly successful industrial equipment and service company, is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead service operations in the Greater Toronto Area.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Manager based in the Greater Toronto Area. The Service Manager will oversee the service department, manage schedules, and coordinate with customers to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Core responsibilities include supervising technicians, managing inventory, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting regular maintenance checks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing service operations and coordinating service schedules
Strong background in supervising and training service technicians
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues
Ability to manage inventory while ensuring safety and quality compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Technical knowledge of compressed air systems and equipment
Skilled in troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance
Ability to work independently within a hybrid environment
Experience in the compressed air industry is an asset
