SR Management

Product Presentation - Arrange products or samples in an appealing manner to showcase them effectively – collaborate with

brand experience team on showroom set-up guidelines.

Maintain Inventory - Keep track of samples (using tracking software), monitor send outs, ensure all samples are returned in a

timely manner and with no damages.

Ordering and Restocking: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure showroom needs are met, best in class product

assortment available. If key items are missing, ensure they are ordered and available.

• Support in the execution of key PR events (i.e. press days, collection walkthroughs, media & influencer events).

Support in tracking of PR coverage because of showroom lend-outs – keep track of all planned coverage and follow-up with

reporting to PR specialist.

Guest Interaction

Guest experience – provide premium brand experience and assist clients, partners, and media professionals when they visit

the showroom.

Product Knowledge - Have in-depth knowledge about the products to answer media/stylist questions and provide detailed

information to guests. Collaborate with merchandising team for to gain product knowledge.

Building Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring they have a positive brand experience in

the showroom.

• Media Follow-up - Follow up with guests after visits, providing additional information or samples as needed.

• Manage appointments, showroom visits in an organized manner.

• Maintain records of showroom visitors, media contacts, and event attendees.

• Generate reports detailing showroom activities, feedback from visitors, and engagement metrics.

Ways of working

• Work closely with PR and marketing teams to align showroom activities with overall communication and marketing strategies.

• Reports into PR&BP Lead.

Job requirements

Education:

Degree in Business, Fashion, Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or Journalism, or equivalent in experience

Experience

3 – 5 years’ experience in running a PR showroom

List required minimum education, years and type of experience and the competencies (knowledge, skills & abilities) required to perform the

job.

Include the complexity of decision making and problem solving.

Education:

Degree in Business, Fashion, Communications, Marketing, Humanities, or Journalism, or equivalent in experience

Experience

3 – 5 years’ experience in running a PR showroom

Experience in events management

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
