Assistant Manager - Finance (Financial Accounting)

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for financial accounting function and closure of books.

Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining monthly balance sheet schedules with accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile discrepancies and provide explanations to management.

Coordinate and assist with internal and external auditors by preparing audit schedules, providing documentation, and addressing audit queries. Ensure a smooth and timely audit process.

Prepare and deliver accurate individual vendor and consolidated group accounts payable reports, highlighting ageing payments.

Responsible for accounts receivables functional. Ensure timely follow-up with customers and accurate reporting of receivables and related reporting.

Person Specifications

• A graduate degree or part/fully qualified in a recognized professional accounting qualification.

• A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar role.

• Accurate and precise attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
