We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate – Gel Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is essential in supporting our production goals and upholding our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Adhere strictly to work instructions to ensure consistent product quality

Dispense materials from mixers into liner socks and mold them into liners

Operate buffing, cutting, and TPE manufacturing equipment

Monitor machinery to ensure it is operating according to SOPs and production standards

Meet individual and team production targets and efficiency goals

Conduct basic troubleshooting and adjustments to minimize product defects

Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment

Ensure sufficient raw material availability at forming stations

Stretch liners as specified and transfer completed products for QA inspection

Support production in both standard and custom liner manufacturing

Perform cross-functional duties as needed, under supervisor direction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Basic computer and math skills, including percentages, ratios, and fractions

Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with hand tools in an industrial setting preferred

Ability to read, understand, and follow technical instructions

Highly motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Familiarity with production data entry and HMI systems

Demonstrated leadership potential and accountability
