We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate repair estimates, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and insurance partners.What We Offer

Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care.

Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate estimates using industry-standard software.

Work closely with insurance adjusters to secure approvals and ensure proper documentation.

Communicate repair timelines and updates clearly with customers.

Collaborate with technicians and the body shop team to maintain efficient workflow.

Uphold McGraw Ford’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Qualifications

Previous experience as a collision/body shop estimator preferred.

Knowledge of OEM repair procedures and insurance guidelines.

Strong computer and estimating software skills (CCC, Audatex, or similar).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
