Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

Track, organize, and manage incoming leads for the sales team

Distribute leads efficiently to ensure timely follow-up

Support team with daily tasks, outreach, and campaigns

Engage with leads directly when needed to drive conversions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Monitor lead follow-ups and conversion rates

Collaborate with sales leadership to improve processes and strategies

Analyze lead trends and work with Marketing to improve efficiency and results

Assist with refining scripts, workflows, and overall customer engagement approach

Compensation of $-$ based on experience and performance
