Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our Education Management team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to students, parents, and faculty through our online chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming chat inquiries from students, parents, and faculty
Provide accurate information and assistance on a variety of topics related to our educational programs
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
Ensure a positive and engaging chat experience for all users
Maintain detailed records of chat interactions and follow up as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in typing and using chat software
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
