Position Summary
Account Managers communicate with their assigned clients daily via phone and email. Their responsibilities include providing proactive and effective communication regarding clients' orders, inventory, and other daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service.
During the onboarding process, your direct supervisor will provide comprehensive training on Fulfyld’s service standards and the software needed to perform the job. Account Managers are the primary point of contact for all of our clients.
As an Account Manager, you will foster relationships with new and existing Fulfyld clients. Qualified candidates will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and an ability to anticipate client concerns and proactively offer solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong and long-lasting client relationships.
Provide timely and thorough communication to your team and brand representatives.
Proactively offer tailored solutions by utilizing the resources and contacts available.
Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure daily tasks are completed while overseeing ongoing projects.
Educate clients on the resources available to them through Fulfyld’s services.
Work closely with our executive team to ensure client processes are efficient and up to Fulfyld’s standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
2- 5 years of experience in client management, hospitality, or service industry.
Experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.
Candidates with Salesforce, SharePoint, Outline, Zoom, or Shipedge experience are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable learning new software and teaching others.
