Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Location: Spartanburg, SC 29303

Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day shift, 5x8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ functional abilities and needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, coordination, and independence in daily living activities.

Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and use of assistive devices.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Document patient progress accurately using the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications:

Licensure: NBCOT and SC License required.

Certifications: BLS required.
