What Youll Be Doing

Support users via email, chat, or ticketing systems (no phone calls in most cases).

Assist with platform usage, account access, and content-related inquiries.

Monitor and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, ads).

Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and escalate complex cases as needed.

Stay updated on platform changes, features, and internal policies.

Collaborate with colleagues and team leads to maintain quality and consistency.
