Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with expertise in C-arm and O-arm coverage for operating room procedures and at least 2 years of experience in high-acuity settings.
Responsibilities
Provide X-ray, C-arm, and O-arm imaging for surgical procedures in the operating room
Work across outpatient, inpatient, and Level I Trauma center environments
Schedule consists of 4x10 hour second shift assignments starting at 10:00 or 11:00 am
Call coverage is required as part of the rotation
Main duties include providing imaging support for surgical cases and collaborating with surgical and medical teams
Must maintain equipment functionality and follow safety protocols
Continuous participation in training and professional development is encouraged
References required: two professional, with at least one from a current or former manager, director, or supervisor
Locals are accepted at the same rate
Must comply urgently with Ohio fingerprinting process upon contract signing
RTO (requested time off) must be submitted during application process
Former employees must have a 6-month separation before returning as a traveler
Current employees of Ohio State University hospital locations are ineligible for travel roles
Requirements
Valid ARRT certification and registration required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience, preferably in OR, Level I Trauma, or teaching hospital settings
Demonstrated proficiency in operating C-arm and O-arm imaging systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
