Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and ARRT certification for a weekday assignment with rotating days off and call requirements.
Responsibilities
Work in an interventional radiology unit performing specialized radiology procedures
Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm, with a rotating day off each week
Call requirement includes one primary and one backup weekday per month, plus one weekend every 6 weeks alternating between primary and backup call
Utilizes Siemens imaging equipment
Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
Perform a range of interventional radiology procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Must complete Ohio fingerprinting and credentialing promptly
Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers
RTO must be requested and built into contract at time of submission
Former employees are eligible if separated from the facility for at least 6 months
Current employees are not eligible for travel positions at this location
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in interventional radiology
Current ARRT, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
Proficiency in operating Siemens imaging equipment
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
Two professional references required, one from a manager or supervisor
License required if applicable
