Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and CA CRT licensure for a day/evening shift hospital-based role.
Responsibilities
Hospital setting in diagnostic imaging with a focus on CT procedures
Day and evening 10-hour shifts with some weekend coverage required
Assignment duration is 13 weeks
Position includes responsibilities as a primary patient and radiologist liaison
Candidates must use professional judgment and critical thinking in imaging procedures
High degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure techniques expected
No radius rule applies for candidate eligibility
Social Security number and date of birth are required for consideration
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years recent CT technologist experience
Current California Certified Radiological Technologist (CRT) license required if applicable
Current BLS certification required
ARRT and ARRT(CT) certifications required
Peripheral Vascular Access certification required
Demonstrated proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to consideration
