$35.80–$39.90/hr.
3-month contract, with potential for contract to hire
Shifts & Schedules Available:
Leads ($39.90/hr):
2/2/3 schedule 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Wed–Fri + alternating Sat 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Sun–Tues + alternating Sat 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Technicians ($35.80/hr):
2/2/3 schedule 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Sun–Tues + alternating Sat 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Role Overview:
Hands-on maintenance positions supporting high-speed packaging and manufacturing operations. Technicians will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and automation systems while ensuring safety and quality standards. Leads will also coach others, oversee line support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot/repair electrical & mechanical systems (PLC, HMI, servo drives, robotics, pneumatics).
Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, setups, and adjustments.
Lead or support equipment qualifications, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
Collaborate with operators, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, SQF, and HACCP standards.
Requirements:
Industrial Maintenance degree/certificate or 3+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills (robotics a plus).
Proficiency with schematics, flowcharts, and diagnostic tools.
Safety-focused, able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a hands-on, physical role.
Computer skills (Microsoft applications).
