Junior Administrator Specialist - L.68/99 (m/f/d)
Bayer Crop Science s.r.l. is looking for a Junior Administrator Specialist (L. 68/99).
He/She will, under limited supervision and acting on their own initiative, perform various administrative duties for the department(s). The assignments generally involve confidential work and require a thorough knowledge of departmental practices and procedures, as well as company products, policies, and programs. The role includes providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office/site and supporting managers and employees through a variety of organizational and communication tasks.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Manage all-round administrative responsibilities for the site, using established Bayer systems and procedures
Proactively seek standardized processes to support administrative tasks not covered within Bayer systems
Control and manage the CAPEX and OPEX file: update records, provide information within the appropriate timeframes, and ensure proper closure
Build strong relationships with all R&D departments, supporting them in acquiring the necessary goods and services in line with our procurement strategy
Collaborate with Automation, Facilities & Maintenance to manage equipment maintenance for R&D sites (reporting issues, creating PRs, verifying invoices, etc.)
Work in cooperation with teams to organize national and international seed shipments, both within and outside the EU
Collaborate with HSE, completing training courses to become part of the first aid personnel.
Monitor the working hours of personnel hired through outsourcing and act as the main point of contact for communication with the supplier regarding invoices
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business with 1 years of relevant experience, or High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills; capable of collaborating effectively with employees at all levels
High sense of responsibility and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT skills
Residence or domicile in Latina is preferred; candidates from the provinces of Rome and Frosinone will also be considered
Fluent in English, with Italian as mother tongue

Sotto supervisione limitata e operando con iniziativa propria, il/la candidato/a svolgerà diverse attività amministrative per il/i dipartimento/i. Le mansioni generalmente riguardano lavori riservati e richiedono una conoscenza approfondita delle prassi e procedure dipartimentali, nonché dei prodotti, delle politiche e dei programmi aziendali. Il ruolo include il supporto amministrativo per garantire l’efficiente funzionamento dell’ufficio/sito e il supporto a manager e dipendenti attraverso diverse attività organizzative e comunicative.
PRINCIPALI MANSIONI E RESPONSABILITÀ:
Gestire le responsabilità amministrative a 360 del sito, utilizzando i sistemi e le procedure Bayer consolidate
Ricercare proattivamente processi standardizzati per supportare le attività amministrative non coperte dai sistemi Baye
Controllare e gestire il file CAPEX e OPEX: aggiornare i registri, fornire le informazioni entro le tempistiche previste e garantire la corretta chiusura
Creare solide relazioni con tutti i dipartimenti R&D, supportandoli nell’acquisizione di beni e servizi in linea con la strategia di approvvigionamento
Collaborare con Automation, Facilities & Maintenance per gestire la manutenzione delle attrezzature nei siti R&D (segnalazione problemi, creazione PR, verifica fatture, ecc.).
Lavorare in cooperazione con i team per organizzare spedizioni nazionali e internazionali di semi, sia all’interno che all’esterno dell’UE
Collaborare con HSE, completando corsi di formazione per far parte del personale di primo soccorso
Monitorare le ore lavorative del personale assunto tramite outsourcing e fungere da principale punto di contatto con il fornitore per la comunicazione relativa alle fatture
PROFILO RICERCATO:
Laurea in Finanza, Economia o Business con 1 anni di esperienza, oppure Diploma di Scuola Superiore con almeno 5 anni di esperienza rilevante
Forti capacità organizzative e abilità nel gestire più priorità contemporaneamente
Eccellenti competenze interpersonali, comunicative e di lavoro in team; capacità di collaborare efficacemente con dipendenti a tutti i livelli
Alto senso di responsabilità e professionalità
Ottima conoscenza delle applicazioni Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e competenze informatiche
Residenza o domicilio a Latina è preferibile; saranno valutati anche candidati provenienti dalle province di Roma e Frosinone
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e madrelingua italiana
