Responsible for digitalizing and accurately attributing documents to electronic document management system
Maintain and organize company / project /departments electronic document systems filing and records for easy retrieval and proper documentation within the corporate guidelines
Ensuring the receipt acknowledgements, safekeeping and distribution of commitments (i.e. contracts, agreements, joint ventures, variations, memorandum of understanding, etc
Guarantees as a reliable source of information in terms of documentation, agreements and proper channels
Monitors the flow of borrowed documents from the document control room
Supports corporate archiving functions as required,
Maintaining and adhering to confidentiality requirements for and on behalf of the department,
Any other additional duties that may required by the line Manager
Education
professionally qualified/relevant degree/diploma, plus experience in similar or related roles
Experience
3-5 years in a related field
