Assistant FM Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant FM Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have the required qualifications and experience in facility management, this is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Requirement :

2 years of experience in Facility Management Companies within the UAE

Experience in CAFM

Familiar with FM applications (Vendor cafe, Oracle based applications)

Monitor day to day operations

Follow-up with technical team

Closing the work orders

Generating PPM plans

Preparing the reports (Weekly, Monthly)

Preparing LPO's

Coordination with vendors

Preparing the quotes
