Job Description
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Travel to job sites across the US as needed
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and address any potential risks or delays.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed.
Oversee procurement of materials and management of resources.
Foster effective communication within the project team to maintain alignment and productivity.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
3+ years of background in construction project management within the general contracting world.
Prior experience with Walmart, Sam's Club, or Food Lion projects.
Ability to effectively communicate with client's construction managers.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
Proven ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members.
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
