Field Representative

Pay rate: $20.00 - $23.50/hr

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Summary:

This position will support Roswell Park Cancer Institute. The primary daily responsibilities of this position will include the following:

First responder and troubleshooting service calls for a fleet of printers and Multi-function printers.

Escalate service calls to Tech Services for resolution

Update service tickets, follow up with customers as necessary on tickets

Order, deliver and install toners to various locations within the hospital

Perform Preventative maintenance on equipment, such as cleaning, functionality test Monthly reporting, collect and provide meters, number of service calls, equipment utilization

Keep track of new equipment coming in, old equipment being removed.

Dress Code: Business casual, but comfortable to walk in throughout the day

Vaccines required: They do offer free Flu vaccines and highly recommend it, due to the sensitivity of working in the hospital.

The worksite address is 665 Elm Street, Buffalo NY 14203 and parking is reimbursed.

Skills/ Experience:

The manager is looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and with other team members as needed.

Candidates should have Microsoft Excel skills and PowerPoint skills would be a plus.

Any previous technical experience with printers and with ServiceNow will also make a candidate stronger.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance as necessary.

They should also be able to assist in moving equipment and excessive walking throughout the campus daily.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

Requires minimum of 3 years of related experience; 5 years is preferred.

Excellent customer service skills

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Ability to use, calibrate and troubleshoot office and complex technical equipment
