Position is remote; however, travel to Columbus is required as needed for on-site meetings.
Responsibilities
Act as an agile scrum master to keep project teams on track, ensure tasks are completed each sprint, and plan and execute the next series of sprints.
Help build internal Salesforce applications for business customers.
Use wireframes and screen mock-ups to help both development and end users better visualize requirements.
Interview internal users to understand the current use of product features and their business problems.
Create user stories and work with UI/UX designers to define product features.
Collaborate with Developers, Application and Data Architects to produce technical specifications for custom developments and system integration requirements.
Manage product demos with different stakeholders to get feedback for product improvement.
Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows.
Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests.
Create or update project deliverables, artifacts, and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements.
Work closely with Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
Perform Quality Assurance testing to meet project demands.
Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions.
Required Skills
Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle.
