Production Gatekeeper 2nd Shift

Now Hiring: Gatekeeper - Inventory & SAP Coordinator Groveport, OH Full-Time Manufacturing Environment Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment?

We're looking for a dependable Gatekeeper to join our growing team at kdc/one, a global leader in custom manufacturing for beauty, personal care, and wellness brands.

As a Gatekeeper, you'll play a vital role in keeping our inventory accurate and our production lines running smoothly by managing finished goods movement, ensuring data accuracy in SAP, and collaborating with various departments to maintain operational efficiency.

What You'll Do: Accurately create and manage finished goods pallets using SAP transactions (COR6N, LB13, LT06, LT12, etc.) Verify and receive finished goods from production and ensure proper documentation and labeling Resolve posting errors and correct material usage in the system Collaborate with Production and Material Control to troubleshoot inventory issues Perform inventory audits and reconciliations using SAP reports (MB51, LX02) Document end-of-shift summaries and maintain detailed transaction logs Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards What You Bring: High school diploma or GED (required) At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment SAP knowledge is a plus (COR6N, LT06, MB1C, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent communication and teamwork skills Comfortable wearing PPE and working on your feet in a production setting Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs and operate manual/electric pallet jacks Why You'll Love Working Here: Be a key player in a fast-paced, supportive environment Join a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement Play a critical role in the success of global brands you know and love If you're ready to bring your organization and problem-solving skills to a role where your work truly matters - we want to hear from you!
