Rework - Plastic/Rack Repair Technician

OpSource has partnered with a local packaging company located in Greer, SC. This position is temp-perm with eligibility to be hired on after 60 days.

***MUST BE ABLE TO BE BADGED FOR BMW, AS THIS POSITION IS LOCATED ON THE BMW CAMPUS. THE JOB IS NOT WITH BMW, BUT IT IS ON CAMPUS

Pay for the position:

$18.25/hr.

Shifts for the position:

1 st shift 7am - 3:30pm

Job requirements for the position may include:

Will need to be able to use tools such as grinders, impacts, drills, hammers, torches, bandsaw, etc.

Forklift experience is a plus, but the client is willing to train.

MIG/TIG Welding experience is also a plus but not required.

May be required to work outside from time to time.

Need to be available for overtime as needed.

Qualifications for the position:

Must have strong mechanical abilities

Must be able to work in an industrial warehouse setting with no heat or A/C

Must be able to stand on concrete floors for the entirety of the shift wearing steel toes

Must have your own reliable transportation

The client will provide all PPE other than steel toes.
