Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Reporting To: Business Owner in Singapore HQ

Company: Our client is a Singapore-based F&B Kitchen Fabrication & Equipment Distribution Company, established for over 15 years.

Industry: Foodservice Equipment Commercial Kitchens B2B Sales

About the Company

Our client is an established and reputable Singapore-headquartered company with over 15 years of success in designing, fabricating, and supplying professional-grade kitchen systems and foodservice equipment across Asia. Their clients include top-tier hotels, international and local restaurants and café chains, cloud kitchens, and commercial food operators.

As part of their regional expansion, we are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales performance to achieve the company’s annual targets.

- Identify, target, and develop B2B customer segments including hospitality, restaurant and café chains, foodservice operators, and central kitchens.

- Lead business development efforts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry channels.

- Build and manage a local dealer network.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

- Coordinate with HQ and regional teams on product planning, customer requirements, delivery, pricing, and installation.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.

Qualifications & Experience

- Vietnamese national with fluency in Vietnamese and English (spoken & written).

- Proven sales track record (preferably at least 5 years) in F&B equipment, kitchen fabrication, commercial kitchen design, or B2B technical sales.

- Demonstrated ability to independently manage full sales cycles and close deals.

- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work remotely with regional team support.

- Experience in client development and managing key account relationships.
